she got really into plants
he worked 27 straight days
they can't wait to visit D.C.
she cooked more food than ever
he ate really well
they started running again
she cried over the Boston bombing
he distracted himself with Braves baseball
they had long talks about humanity
she built a patio table
he LOVES the patio table
they ate out there a few perfect evenings
they got the last weekend of this month together
she didn't ask him to do a single project
he appreciated that
they watched seven episodes of The Wire
she can't believe how great marriage is
he is happy when she packs his lunches
they are excited for many more months

he didn't have to fly weekends all month

she enjoyed four weekends of 'us'
they pretty much fell in love with March
she picked out the perfect sofa
he measured to make sure it fit in the truck
they drove to Ikea in ATL and had it assembled in 30 minutes
she kept eating healthy and running
he got a promotion at work
they mapped out what they wanted for the next two years
she worked in the yard most weekends
he helped her build a garden bed
they watched the first few seedlings sprout
our little sister came for a weekend and it was the best
they made blueberry ice-cream, from scratch
she felt like March was good for 'us', but hard on her heart
he held her hand at the ER and prayed for her grandmother's health
they talked about deployment
she cried some tears
he assured her she could do this
they made lots of vacation plans for the next 10 months they have together

they survived being married for a full month
she thinks this marriage thing is pretty easy ... so far
he pretty much agrees
she started getting back to the gym
he joined her
they love the accountability
she got to wear her wedding dress again
he was reunited with all his boys
they danced until the party ended
she built a pallet garden table
he painted their entertainment center
they registered for the Lululemon half-marthon
they are now set for a Vancouver vacation in August
she started Project Life
he was away flying helicopters a lot
they began to find their groove in this adventure together

they left for Italy
she was sick
he was sick
they arrived in Florence with the dress and tux
he listened to the National Championship game at 4am
she didn't stay up past the 1st half
they made it to all their official meetings
she took photos of their feet every day
he found the most amazing coffee shop
they got married in Pisa Italy
then they had to come back to reality
he took her to see the helicopters he flies
she got her new military ID with new name
they enjoyed every moment of being newlyweds
and there first fight ended in a draw :)

he had to fly the first two weekends
she decorated the house for Christmas
they started cooking healthy meals together
she had her Bridal Shower
he lost his voice during the SEC Championship game
they started receiving lovely wedding gifts
she had her final dress fitting
he got out the tux
they embraced their last month together engaged
he took her to see Les Miserables and she fell in love
she danced all night at her Bachelorette party
they packed for their trip to Italy

she moved into their new house
he came over every morning for breakfast
they were thrown an amazing engagement party
they also had their first joint family Thanksgiving
she had her first wedding dress fitting
he has no idea what it looks like
they bought wedding bands
they painted two rooms together
she got really good at packing lunches and grocery shopping
he started his new job and loves it
they had a special date night back at the restaurant where it all began

she had her first big jewelry show
he had a very big interview
they were each others biggest fans
he popped the question
she said "yes, of course"
they told everyone about Italy
he turned 28
she and he went to The Avett Brothers
they found a house
he bought a chiminea
they flew to Alys beach for engagement photos

October was the best month of my life! our lives!

September//
- they ran their first race as a couple
- he finished his second round of flight school
- she left her job in the gulf
- they packed and moved all his belongings into a U-Haul
- she turned 24
- he gave her the most beautiful aquamarine & diamond earrings
- they were both beyond excited for college football to start
- she found a job nannying two precious boys
- he spent the month flying on base
- she finally got to met his sister Amelia
- they ate lots of Garage sandwiches and listened to old time music
- she stressed out over getting ready for the October show
- he became the "&" in Indie & Chic
- they didn't think it could get much better
- and he didn't know if she would ever stop listening to the new Mumford & Sons album

August//
she was still off from work
he was starting his last month of flight school
they spent the whole month together in Daleville
she took him to some antique malls
he found a table they both loved
she couldn't stop playing an antique quarter game
they started talking about life after August
he started flying nights
she prepped for a huge commitment in September
they started going to Church of the Highlands
August was good for us

June //
he moved down to flight school
she was working down at the gulf
she came home for a wedding
he came home to see about a girl
she woke up early for a race
he surprised her and brought bananas
they began dating

July //
she took a two month rotation from work
he invited her to spend 4th of July with him
she couldn't say yes fast enough
they didn't get tired of each other all week
they spent lots of time in a hammock
he studied a ton for flight school
she made some pretty big investments
they sold her jewelry at several farmer's markets
