As I was planning out our running schedule for the next few weeks (if I don't put it in writing I don't ever commit), I came across this training schedule. I liked it not only for the great design and layout, but because it's a great guideline. Even if you aren't training for a race you can use this to get an idea of rest days, cross training days and cut back the miles to where your body is currently.
